Albacora offers its guests creative and surprising cuisine. Its dishes are made from fresh and seasonal local produce of the highest quality. The care, imagination and technical skill of the kitchen are the hallmarks of its menu. A carefully chosen but extensive wine list offers Mallorcan and Spanish wines as well as Cavas, Champagnes and dessert wines. The restaurant forms part of the Hotel Club S'Illot in Cala Moreia.
