Le Casaluna is a traditional Corsican restaurant opposite the Royal Palace in central Paris. The stone walls and arched ceilings give the restaurant a warm atmosphere. The Corsican proprietor Christine Sanna Lefranc, presents a range of dishes from her native island, known as the "Isle of Beauty" in French. This culinary ambassadress mixes tradition and creativity to produce splendid Corsican dishes.
